I just picked this can up this week and tonight was my first chance to shoot it. This video was just thrown together and I shot it with my iPhone so don't expect much as far as quality, but it gives a decent comparison with and without the can. It's more impressive in person though standing a few feet back from the shooter. This is a 30 cal can and I'm shooting 556 through it. I bought it with future plans to use on my long range gun in the future when I get around to building it.
