Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
That's interesting. There have been several of these short barrelled PSLs to come out over the last few years, but your addition of a folding stock makes more sense than the fixed stocks the commercial products had. It looks pretty good. Presumably since you added a long enough muzzle brake to exceed an overall length of 16" that this isn't an SBR.
It was built from a kit and a Nodak receiver which has a square cut back so you can use standard AK furniture. The barrel was cut to 13" and I had to redrill the pin holes for the front sight, gas block and the notch for the handguards. The handguards then needed a bit of modification done on the back end to fit properly. Rear trunnion is the original one. It uses a Tapco FCG.
