I am looking for a reasonable FFL here in washington to have a couple lowers sent to, do I pay just one transfer fee? taxes? Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, so i have never ordered through the internet before, do I need to send a fax or email to the company Im buying the lowers from? or do I pay for them then send the ffl info. Thanks for the help.


EDIT:

Ok so called southwest washington surplus.

1 fee if they come in together, I just need to order the lowers first then come fill out the paperwork there.
should be easy to do.
