Did anyone see the new Portland Mercury cover?

Picked one up from our neighborhood delivery guy(my day job is about a block from the PM) today and was a bit shocked at the cover. Then, I started looking at pics and was even more shocked.

The biggest shocker for me? Notice the trigger finger discipline! Who consulted with them?! Sure wasn't NorthernBornRebel or that "Izhmash Saiga AK47" the cover model is holding would have been converted. She's cute, too.

Will this make more people mad than happy? Will they catch flak from their readers? How does this make you feel? Should I be a little or a lot shocked?

Personally, I'll pick up the Mercury a little more often now.

Fascinating, I does seem like a cool idea, combining guns and fashion. Do you try to match colors, gun with pants, or gun with vest/jacket? Or is it more overall outfit with weapon function, like casual wear with AKs and shotguns, business casual with plinking .22s, etc.?
