The unending, groundless appeals on empty grounds are what cost the state(s) so much money. Were frivolous appeals curtailed, the ISDP would have a far shorter stay on death row. Four years (with proper grounds) should be the Statute of Limitations for death penalty appeals.

If you are that uncertain about the conviction, Death Row shouldn't be the end result for the inmate.

Has anyone seen any actual evidence that would indicate the kid did the shooting?

Just read something that the kid was 17 and attempted the shooting with a glock 17. There was one other student injured and a total of three shots fired.
