I find it interesting when folk slam the NRA, particularly political folk.

The NRA is supported by individuals. Individuals who do not have a free voice which the MSM gives away (and drones on and on even falsely) for whatever agenda is popping up which gives them ratings.

Dallas official to NRA: Take your convention elsewhere

Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway said Monday the NRA would be "met with opposition" if they continue with the planned event from May 4-6 in downtown Dallas.

"There will be marches and demonstrations should they come to Dallas," Caraway said.

Maybe this is a warning for the attendees safety, because he knows his constituents (like Micah Xavier Johnson).

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

"If a lower court treated another right so cavalierly, I have little doubt this court would intervene," Thomas wrote. "But as evidenced by our continued inaction in this area, the Second Amendment is a disfavored right in this court." Thomas said he suspected the Supreme Court would readily hear cases involving potentially unconstitutional waiting periods if they involved abortion, racist publications or police traffic stops.
