The funny thing is, you could be sitting on a billion rounds and when the ammo crunch hits and you still get this sick feeling in your gut that you could use just a little bit more to top off your stash.

Yes most people should have learned from the 08 and 13 ammo crunches but no matter how much you have, don't act like it doesn't bother you when you can't replenish your stocks.

I have seen different gluts and shortages over the years. And the price is out of balance for a while.

Sometimes in our favor. Like when countries moved away from the FAL and G-3 battle rifles.
I remember South African 308 for $350 for 1200.
Not sure there is any surplus left?

They make really good ammo, used to shoot there oo buck in combat matches when it sold for $55 for 200 rounds. Great ammo.

My M11/9 runs great on S&B 9mm. They also make Herter's 9mm for cabelas.
