I just renewed my Utah online, fifteen bucks uploaded a selfie and in three weeks got it in the mail!

I got my CHL almost 2 years ago (come September) in Washington County. At the time, it was running about 3-4 months to get an appointment at the Sheriff's office for finger prints, photo, etc. I think I dropped off my applications for Oregon in-person at the Sheriff's office in early June, and finally received my permit in September. In fact, I sent off my Utah application at the same time, and received that about a month earlier than my Oregon permit (Yes, my Utah permit was obtained faster, cost less, is valid for a year longer, and valid in tons of states... Utah is certainly doing something right.
