Oregon CHL wait Multnomah County

Just needing to know current wait time trending on Multnomah's CHL background investigations. Had in person meeting Jan 27. It's been 3 1/2 mos. Seems like a long time.

They are just hanging around fingerpopping eachothers donut holes. Im just trying to get an address updated and its a 5 month wait.

Meanwhile washington co was done in 2 weeks.

MULTCO couldn't possible suck any harder (at everything) than they already do…. thank GAWD that I moved outta that crap-hole of a county!

Just an internet renewal (no in person) took over 3 months. They are really slow.

6-month mark now. No action yet taken by Multco on my CHL application.

I am so sorry to hear this. I can't stand Multco. I moved to Clackamas County, Recieved CHL 9 day after in person meating. I know its not always easy, but you should try to move...

I just renewed online, July 12th and got it last week.

I should have waited as I lost a month on the expiration date, was August, now July 12 2027.

Also did the idiots in salem lop a year off? I thought it was a 5yr term.

I swung by the Multco CHL office earlier, today. Per clerk, my application had gotten "lost in the shuffle," but I just got an email that they printed it a few minutes ago, and it's on its way.
