I read up on storage requirements though, and RCW 70.74.340 says I can only store five pounds in my residence. has that changed recently or is it just not enforced?

My 1858 uses about 25-30 grains of powder a round so a lb is 233-280 rounds

My 50 cal Hawkin uses 70 grains of powder per load (some guys use more) so that 100rds per lb

I buy mine 25lbs at a time from Jack's Powder Keg in Louisiana. I shoot Cannons so it's worth buying it by the case for me. The UPS man will deliver right to your door. As far as my personal preference Goex is the only brand I buy anymore, the synthetics arent worth the trouble.
