Washington Buying across state lines? (WA-OR)

I'm new to this site and I'm currently living near the southern Washington area and have been looking at pump shotguns, I've seen some posts nearby in northern Oregon but I was wondering what the laws were about buying a shotgun across state lines? Does it need to be shipped to an FFL in WA? Do semi autos/stripped lowers fall under the same laws?

Shotgun or bolt action can be bought in OR. Handguns, lowers, and semi auto rifles generally need to be shipped to a WA FFL (although I've heard there are a couple OR FFLs that will let you walk with a SA rifle).
