Just wait. It probably isn't over yet. Next they will go after the civilian 37mm flare launchers. Better get them now!

There might well be a battle between federal agencies over this since the coast guard requires flares for some boating, also ocean crossing it is mandatory to have parachute flares. Most of them are 25mm or 37mm but some are 40mm

Odds are the launchers will be converted to something else. Shame too because it's a lot of fun to shoot chalk practice round. We need to get rid of the ATF, turn their job over to FBI.
