AR pistol build w/ detachable barrel

Anyone done one of these? I came across a few links recently and have been thinking about it. Maybe a 7in or 10 in barrel with a brace.

Anyone used these guys, "CryHavoc Tactical"? The kit is pricey but might be fun, definately would make it easy to pack up.

I was looking at doing something like that... The Dolos QD sustem for the barrel, and the Law Tactical folding stock adapter are $200ish each... It would be a fun project. It would be cool to get multiple barrels to change out too. wounder if Dolos sells just the barrel end so you can do it a little cheaper.
This is a 9mm but same concept..
