My problem is "Army Values" will always be up for interpretation of the current leadership. If his definition of Army values was actually in the mission statement, I wouldn't be worried either. I am fairly certain Milley's definition of "Army Values" would look a whole lot different.
 
I'm surprised Norfolk isn't having earthquakes from MacArthur spinning in his grave... the transformation of West Point from just an "officer version of bootcamp" to a full-fledged institution of higher learning in its own right was one of his proudest achievements.
