Ohh, that's a nice one!

I have a stock one plus bought the .300blk barrel. No range time with it other than a few function checks.

I'm thinking I'll keep mine in iron sights, unless I find a nice quick release mount that won't be too difficult to re-zero.

Q1: Since the barrel is not permanently attached to the rail, I am wondering how well it holds its zero between take downs?
Q2: How do you like the trigger?

Thanks

A1. I have dismounted my barrel 3 times
Since the front sight stays on the barrel and the locking lugs on the barrel locking system are machined to very good tolerances; I never lost zero through the BUGS.

A2. The trigger is much better than most standard triggers, including Ruger's standard AR trigger; but it ain'the no Timney or higher grade unit. I kinda like it, though. Very positive take up, nice break at the end.
