Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Another Noble fan!
Last couple years we've just had a big Poinsettia flanked by a couple small ones. Color scheme this year, Big-red.........Little-white! It's pretty!
Trees are somewhat like any perishable; the fresher the better.
Great care must be taken to trim 2'" or so off the bottom before placing in stand..
Stand needs to hold water and the tree will drink plenty the first 10 days, along with cat and dog as they like the open container..
The choice of real trees is not limited, but in our area, the Doug fir's are usually the shaped trees, 2nd, comes the Grand Firs, and the most expensive is usually the Noble firs..
There are lots of places in Sherwood where you can cut your own tree or even in Lake Oswego, Stafford and the surrounding areas..
Prices run all over the, but the taller, fuller ,shaped trees are the most.
Good Luck, call if you want 2 nice lot's I would recommend.. 1 - Lake O.. 1 in Sherwood.
The regular commercial lots all over buy trees usually harvested up to 2-3 weeks or so before you get to the lot
