I found some recipes in an older(1960's) gun magazine using PB, HI-SKOR, 7625 and a 200grn lead bullet. The velocities range from 720fps-900fps. I realize I must start way lower but still that's pretty stout for a .38! They were probably using a 38-44 to test. Info on this combo is hard to come by.
Anybody have any experience with the 200grn load?

Hmm. When I clicked my provided link it didn't work how it should have.
If this doesn't work type in "38 special" (no quotation marks for either and no decimal point) and then 200 and you'll get 24 loads, some +P.

Cast Bullet Load Data

that one seems to work right. good luck
