I need a little help. I acquired some 45acp LSWC 185 grain bullets and my reloading manuals are all over the place. I am using the Lee 2nd edition and Lyman 49th. Based on my research, using the internet and hopefully some common sense, I started my trial loads at 3.6 , 3.9 and 4.1 grains. I was concerned I was going to get a "mouse fart" load and possibly a squib but all three loads shot fine. I don't have a chronograph.

Here is my question..... does someone have some data or experience what the powder charge range should be for this weight bullet? I am using Bullseye powder.

Thanks,

Doug

Thanks Happy Roman... that link helped re-affirm some of my thoughts. I will bookmark it for future reference and cross-checking.
