...and start reinstitution of core values: family, school, community, town, city, county, state & country. Pride, respect and hard work.

Along with a complete revisit of the mental health system in its entirety, including institutionalization.

the news just asked the el paso police chief how long response time was...wtf does it matter? even if it was less than 1 minute it still would have been slower than multiple good guys with guns already there. not saying the gunman would have been stopped immediately but, potentially much much faster than it took police to arrive. when seconds count, law enforcement are only minutes away. EVERYONE law abiding needs to be armed at all times if people trully want to impact the likelihood of this happening. no amount of anti gun legislation will make a difference.
