I have no clue as to how it is legal to ban something outlined in the constitution. Concealed carry is restricted, therefore open carry should 100% be protected. What sick people would try passing such a thing. Beyond that.. what a laughable idea on their part..logic alone proves the bill is moot. A criminal does not care about laws. An attacker does not care about getting stopped by carrying their firearm openly.

This bill is simply a means to attack gun owners and the law abiding. It should be embarrassingly exposed for the drivel of a bill that it is as it has zero impact on criminals. None.
