Under President Obama's in 2013 the State Department pursued a case against
against Cody Wilson, of Defense Distributed, creator of 3d gun printing fame. Last Wednesday the State Department dropped it's case having accused Wilson of violating the law by publishing gun designs on the internet! Defense Distributed will receive a return of $10,000 registration fees.
