New, unfired, ready to prime & load goes for $.16 to $.21 ish per case.

Just pulling a number out of thin air here, I'd recon $.05/case. Honestly dunno tho, as I don't shoot it.

My opinion. If they are once fired and batched by brand, a nickel apiece and you'd probably sell them. A dime apiece, you might sell them eventually but it would take awhile. Shot-out cases reloaded many times by competition shooters won't sell, those are scrap metal.
