That's a bit of an old story. The shooter was an armed guard and the victims were his co-workers. He was captured trying to enter the U.S. at one of the B.C. border crossings.

And there's a Canadian sheriff that comes into the local gun shop that says there are quite a few more guns that are legal than we think.
Just need the proper permits.
