Is 223 and 22LR same thread pitch? I have a weird idea I want to put a flash hider on 22lr. Thanks I'm lazy and don't feel like getting parts out. And because I don't want a brake on there and the thread protectors never look right to me.

A suppressor is an excellent flash hider, great choice!
16" + 6" can that's another day another sub forum I think. I'm not excited yet about 22lr. Just curious. I don't know what I have left. I always liked 3 prong flash hiders.

I didn't get that last one 🤷‍♀️
Can't get that thing timed right maybe need thinner washer. Put the thread protector on for now. Looks weird. If I keep on this project want to try subsonic then get a 6"can. That'd make it 22". Am I off base? I remember how much louder a brake is on 223. Trying to get this accurate and quiet.

There would probably be no discernable flash with .22lr. . .
