20% Receiver Question

I have had a 20% AR receiver. Is there anyone who could finish it for me? Or anyone who knows someone who could I would appreciate it.

Do you mean you have an 80% lower receiver and need someone to finish it?

I'm assuming you mean 80% and no that would be illegal manufacturing of a Firearm.

Needs to be your tools and labor.

If you pay a gunsmith to finish it, he then puts a serial number on it and you do a background check to legally own it, that just might be another way to get it done.

I've done a couple for myself with a jig from 5D tactical, came out great
