The Browning Automatic 5, most often Auto-5 or simply A-5, is a recoil-operated semi-automatic shotgun designed by John Browning. It was the first successful semi-automatic shotgun design, and remained in production until 1998. The name of the shotgun designates that it is an autoloader with a capacity of five rounds, four in the magazine and one in the chamber.
1969 Browning A5 12g
In great condition. Someone thought it would be better to cut a few inches off the barrel and install a PolyChoke. The barrel is about 25" with the choke installed. Other than that the gun is in beautiful condition.
Open to trades, but Im pretty picky.
Just found out about this today. Be careful what u write and be even more careful about photos u post (especially make sure your photos don't have gps info in the metadata cuz people can find u based on that!).
In the past u used to be able to go back and edit old threads. Now it apparently is...
Browning Auto-5 20ga. Lightweight, balanced, and elegant. Beautiful condition with extra barrel & chokes. Finish and wood are near perfect. The screws look like they have never been removed. I have only fired one box of #8 shells through this gun; before that, it must have been used very...
After looking a while I finally had to try. Unboxed it today and played in a garage a while. I can see I will have to go buy some more pellets :D Damn thing is a TON of fun.

This is the most near-new, beautiful Browning Auto-5 20ga. I have ever seen. It is very lightweight, balanced, and elegant. Finish and wood are near perfect. The screws look like they have never been removed. I have only fired one box of #8 shells through this gun; before that, it must have been...
Light Twelve Auto-5. I checked the Browning website and determined it was a 1965 based on the serial number. Modified choke as evidenced by the 2 star marking on the barrel. As you can see, it appears a previous owner repaired the forearm with fiberglass, but I can't see where it's cracked...
I was wondering what you all thought a Browning 12 gauge 28" screw in choke barrel would it be a good one gun for deer upland bird and trail defense I can only have one gun unfortunately and thought this was a good choice thanks
Hi all, I wanted to sell my shotgun locally, and this seems like the place. It's a 1958 Browning Auto 5 Light Twelve with two original Browning Belgium Barrels and Browning case.
Everything original and in amazing condition. Original manuals, hang-tags, unused case key, and the case that was...
