Northwest Armory had stock when I was in last Saturday. Don't know if they still do. If I remember correctly (and there is a chance I am wrong) the Gun Broker in Clackamas also had some then.

I was just at Cabela's the other day in Springfield. They had one of those "End of Aisle" displays and it was full of Herters 7.63 x 39. I have no idea how much was there but it was a lot. $6.99 a box.

Check Walmarts and BiMarts that are on the outskirts of town (ie - Molalla, Aloha, etc.)

I ordered 2k last week. Prices went up a bit since my purchase and it's free shipping.

FYI if you're making the trip to Springfield, they are limiting ammo to 10 boxes per customer.

Good to know, 10 boxes is all I really need right now but I don't want to drive two hours for it.

I would have to second walmart, they have them for 4.97 a box and prices are (probably) not going to be raised (as ammo sales constitute such a minute portion of their total revenue).
