Where can I buy a 6-48 tap around here?

dang odd ball gun size 6-48... I'd like to be able to go to a shop in person and buy a tap to fix my boogered up hole. I know I can order one through Brownells. But anyone know any local stores that sell these? thanks

You should be able to find one at a machinist supply store. Just use the yellow pages. Worth a try.

I do find Brownell's is just as easy usually. Their small item shipping usually only take two or three days to get here, four at the outside.
