Apple is at least more oriented toward user privacy than Google is. Google caves to any request by LEO, whereas Apple at least makes them work for the backdoor break-in code. And I still need a phone, so what choices are left, other than Android or Apple?

What was this about? Oh, yeah, now I remember...

I bellyached about my grill not getting hot, but this morning, VOILA !! It got quickly hot to the set temp. Ghosts I tell you.

Sure thing.

First I injected the thighs with:

1c chicken broth
2Tbs soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1Tbs mirin
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp onion powder
1tap garlic powder
2Tbs brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Then I rubbed them with:

2Tbs salt
1Tbs black pepper
1tsp white pepper
1Tsp Ground ginger
1Tbs garlic and onion powder

And for the glaze:
1/2c fresh tangerine juice
1/2c soy sauce
1/3c honey
1/4c brown sugar
Zest of one tangerine
2 garlic cloves minced
1Tbs grated ginger
1tsp onion powder
1/4c apple cider vinegar
1/8c mirin
Salt and pepper to taste

Reduce until slightly thickened then strain. Brush on glaze while cooking and add a generous amount while the thighs rest.
