This past summer, at my Sister-inLaws wedding, after 20 years of being in the family, I got to help with the butchering. Not the primal cuts, yet - that is another 20 years out. But you want to be at the table when the cheeks and the bacon is,... is,.... oh sorry. What cheeks, what bacon?

Well we cooked it in a large bbq slow cooker out side but we had it in the kitchen to season it up and get it ready before taking it out side

This one's 10.5% abv It's good, it's pretty similar to the Outcider but with a little hint of honey.

It's called an AMF (Adios Mother Fu**er) I don't believe I have had one since my 21st birthday.

3/4th oz of each booze then top off with sweet and sour mix and Sprite.

Should be a pretty interesting night.
