Washington State non-resident carry permit

FYI- Nevada recognizes Oregon's CHL, last I read.

Does Nevada reconize Just Oregon resident permits or Both resident & non-resident?

I happened to be in Wenatchee one day a few yrs ago reading up on a WA nonresident CPL. Then I noticed that the Douglas County SD was just a few blocks away (Douglas for E Wenatchee, the west side is a different county) so I went down there, filled out the form, and had my CPL in my hand within a couple of weeks.
Took all of about 30 min, but unlike AZ and UT, I believe you have to fill out the form in person.
