Trump better be in a hurry to squash this trash.
Closest thing to it is SAF/CCRKBA...Does Washington state have any form of equivalent to OOC/OHA/OFF?
sorry to say its not only a local issue but the left coast especially oregon and washington are on Trumps $hit list WITH PLENTY OF GOOD REASONSTrump better be in a hurry to squash this trash.
Thank you for the kinds words, they mean a bunch with all the hate that's coming at us these days. We do this because of our love of firearms and desire to share the best of the firearms industry with our local community. We spent the morning slingin' Black Rifle Coffee at a Veterans event and then were at Ducks Unlimited event all afternoon. We own an engineering firm too, and its better pay, shorter hours, less overheard, fewer laws and far less misery across the board. However, we'll ride this pony hard and everyone will see us fall on our sword to take this measure out, or die trying. We love firearms a little too much to let a billionaire or 2 strip our rights. They've got money, but we've got passion.@Sporting Systems You guys make me wish I weren't so far from Vancouver... after my old FFL-of-choice did one of our boardmates' wife some dirty I'm looking for somebody new, and it'd be really nice to support somebody who supports our cause rather than just making a buck.![]()
The NRA already filed suit and won pre-signature and that judgement should assist in the effort to disqualify the petitions. This measure is much more invasive that 594, I've been talking with our local NRA liaisons and this looks like it will be challenged by at least different parties, not including our petition for illegal restriction of interstate commerce. It seems to me there are (at least) 2 ways to see our chances:
1) Victory is theirs due to outspending us by 10-20:1
2) Victory is ours due to high by our side in elections involving gun control and typically low turnout in mid-term elections. I remember that Prop 15 kept Tom Bradley from being gov of the DPRK for that reason.
Another thought - will the NRA throw WA under the bus like they did the last time?
