    I guess that depends where the Jihadi is located? A thief here at home is worse than a Jihadi hiding in a cave somewhere in bumfurqistahn. A Jihadist thief here at home would be worse than either.

    I'm retired from Washington County after 15 years there. Hats off to them for posting pictures of the items to try to make it easy on the victims to reclaim their stuff. Although I suppose it also serves to help add to the charges by tying the goods to specific robberies.
