And it doesn't mean that they're mad at you or anything. It probably just means that they had too many conversations in their inbox, and had to clear some out to make room.

I always remove or delete conversations aka messages on a regular basis. I thought that it was a NORMAL, Polite and Organized Thing to do as when you use email. (I do not do much email on purpose too.)

I thought that MOST people did that too! Keep your In Box organized! LOL

I have ALWAYS done that on here and on old long gone and newer forums/boards!

That does not mean that I am angry with a person!

When you are through with a discussion - delete it.

Start a NEW discussion or question/answer message/letter with another subject matter in a NEW message aka conversation!

I still ACCEPT conversations/messages but I don't keep them in there for a LONG, long time.

I do not and have not blocked a person on this forum or on any other forum/board since I have been online from the 90's and on.

I have done this (Deleted direct aka private messages.) on any forum that I have belonged to for years on end. Past and present forums.

I tried to figure out HOW you can keep one individual message and delete a bunch of other messages from a long conversation but I did not see ANY WAY to do this. Unless I don't understand HOW it works here compared to how other forums work for 'messages or conversations'.

The crossing out of the name in a PM , means that the person crossed out , has left the conversation.
Depending on the option they chose when leaving , they may or may not receive any more messages or replies to the conversation they left.

I don't keep conversations aka messages for a long, long time either. SEE my other post if needed. LOL
