US Surgeon General vote coming soon. Let your Senator know how you feel

Per this thread, the person nominated by Pres. Obama for US Surgeon General is no friend of the 2A. Not only is he inexperienced (36 yrs old, and never ran even so much as a department in a hospital), but he ins't even a full time doctor! Add to that he is more of a political activist, with a mean streak towards the 2A. Why is he being nominated? Probably the same reason the two "diplomats" were nominated for the Norway and Iceland posts (even thought they had never even visited the countries, or knew much about the coutries). They are "friends" of Obama. Also NOT a good qualification for the US top doctor. Here's more of what the NRA thinks about the nomination.

Some additional reasons why this surgeon general nomination is going down. I think it neglects a few more obvious, partisan reasons (like the guy is a gun-grabber and lacks experience). But interesting reading non the less.
