Looking for high-end or upscale restaurants in the Portland/Salem/Eugene area which serve Mexican, Tex-Mex, or Southwestern food. Places where the wait staff dresses up and has a classy atmosphere. Lately I've been enjoying The Margarita Factory on 82nd in Portland. It's a place you could go for a nice night out. Well dressed wait staff, great drinks, some unique dishes on the menu. Anyone got any other recommendations?
