If there is a lesson to gain from it - it is how people act when they are desperate. Saw an interview with a 'looter' and the guy was nice and actually apologetic. He said, look, I don't want to act like this at all, but if I don't I'll starve and die.
Any aid trucks coming into the area are attacked and looted immediately.
As usual, WATER is the most precious item. So people that have no money for preps, take note. WATER.
