Yeah, spoke too soon. I found some other footage of him on YouTube. Sure is him. Sounds much like the program we have down here called Coos Crime Stoppers. It gives out cash to those who turn in someone committing a crime. The money for Booker's program is only paid out if there is a conviction.
I don't like the concept aimed at gun owners, but it may help convict some dirt bags. Sounds like a bad state to live in anyway.

NJ requires that all firearms be registered. You can't buy ammo there without a pistol license there either unless you're at a range and use up all the ammo that you buy there.

Do you guys have any idea what Newark New Jersey is like? There's not a single honest gun owner in that entire city. Relax, guys- it's way over there on the left coast. Those guys took a fat dump on the Constitution about 80 years ago. Little late to get all indignant about it now.
