Another 10 days is NOT accurate!

An injunction was ordered on items 1-10 of 114... UNTIL the state notifies the court that the permit system is in place... at which time... the judge will set a new hearing within 10 days of that notification to revisit the injunction.

IE., If it takes the state 6 months to get the system fully operational... it will be injuncted for 6 months... then be re-decided to continue the injunction even further or not.

He won't rule on a final injunction until he can see if the system is constitutional or not. No system to see... he can not determine if it is or isn't.

The other place they might have gotten the "10 days" misinformation was on a 3rd issue the state wants the court to address, but he wouldn't allow it and set another hearing in 10 days to visit that issue if the state files that 3rd point.

The 3rd point the state tried to file the new petition at 5pm last night. The judge had no time to review it so he would not address it in a hearing already established to only hear and rule on the 2 issues currently before him.

To clarify.... they wanted to slip in a ban on the 3 day "loophole".

He would only address the mag ban and permit issues today.

What would you guess is the soonest he would hear the States arguments for banning three day rule? 10 days?
That's what he said. He scheduled it for Dec 23rd. The state wanted a bit more, but he basically slapped em. He wants it done and it's either the 23rd or well after the new year since his staff will be limited through the holidays.

"So it will be on the 23rd"... he said. 🤣

If that is the case, doesn't that really screw you guys for an indefinite period - re having things shipped to OR, slow BGCs, and all of the uncertainty? We're all getting used to governmental goat-ropes - but wow. Or, maybe 114 in limbo is a good thing for you? Everything I've read here so far tells me y'all are ready to blow chunks. Am I missing anything?
