Lol I love the stores that have the no weapons thing on the door .I'm waiting for something to happen in one of these stores .and have someone SUE THEM .I keep looking for that stamp that says "100% law abiding citizen" on people, but they must have it hidden or something. I have to admit that I'm more like me than I am like us, but at least I'm not like them... at least most of the time. Sometimes them are smarter than us, although not quite as smart as me. It can get confusing sometimes though.

This is so absurd. First they say that they don't "believe that it is necessary" to carry in their stores, then they later refer to it as "policy restricting members from bringing firearms into our warehouse stores". Uh, no, that's not what you said. You never said don't - you expressed a belief. I don't believe that saying "like" all the time is necessary, but I don't kick people out of my house for doing so. Seems to me that they just misinterpreted their own "policy", if you can call it that. By misinterpreting it, have they redefined it, or just made an error? I hope whoever wrote that up doesn't handle any important contracts.Costco is questionable too....
What is Costco's Gun Policy?
Highlighted:
"Costco does not believe that it is necessary for firearms to be brought into its warehouse stores, except in the case of authorized law enforcement officers. For the protection of all our members and employees, we feel this is a reasonable and prudent precaution to ensure a pleasant shopping experience and safe workplace. Our policy is meant to protect our members and employees in all warehouses around the world. This is not a new policy and we do not customize the policy for each individual city/county/state/country where we do business.
Our primary goal at Costco Wholesale is to keep our members happy. If you believe that our policy restricting members from bringing firearms into our warehouse stores is either unfair or excessively burdensome, or you cannot agree to abide by this policy, or you are dissatisfied for any other reason, Costco will promptly refund your annual membership fee in full."
Not illegal in WA unless they tell you to leave and you don't. Concealed means concealed.I always carry in costco and eveywhere else I rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

I had this exact conversation with my dad today. Maybe we should start a lottery pool.

I typed in conciled carry business cards and one came up but it's different than the ones I have .I got these over a year agoI've had a hard time finding those on eBay. If you can remember the title or seller I'd sure like to order some.
With all due respect, please show me what law I'm breaking if I carry in their store.I had read somewhere that it was challenged, and the challenger lost.
The gist of it was, CostCo is a "membership club". You pay to belong to it. They can make rules like this and you must follow the rules when you "sign up" with them, andpay your membership "dues" every year. You are abiding by their "rules".
I don't like it either. You do what you want, and i'll do what i want. I agree with Fredball though!
