Is Tri-City Herald only Washington newspaper not in lockstep?

Yesterday's editorials in the Tri-City Herald and Tacoma News Tribune regarding Washington State's dueling initiatives could leave rights activists wondering if the eastside publication's editorial board is the only group not in media lockstep on Initiative 594.

Since these people are SO convinced that "temporary transfers" will not cover recreational target shooting or that a prosecutor's office won't waste time with law-abiding citizens, how about we make a deal? If a law abiding gun owner does get prosecuted for target shooting in the woods then these pro-594 people can switch places and they can go to prison instead. Sounds fair to me. You only need to look at the prosecution of Shaneen Allen and Mark Witaschek to get an idea of what is to come if I-594 passes.
