I don't get the need for it. The Glock 42 is a decent little pocket gun and shoots nicely. Less jumpy than fixed-barrel 380s, of which there are many. But the 28 is the size of a subcompact 9mm.

GCA68 isn't just a hoop, it's a cement wall and complete dead end. The only way they become available to be sold in the US is to produce them here.

Handguns can still be imported. There is a point system which favors large target style guns.
