Sounds like you need to have a BBQ. If you need to unload some of that elk and salmon there would probably be a bunch of folks lining up. If I was closer you would be welcome to use part of my freezer.I'll be cutting meat Wednesday. Gonna be a challenge finding room in the freezer for two bucks plus the cow elk and salmon that's already there.
Good thing they're just small forkies. Alfalfa-fed, they eat like veal.
