Yes just used CLR on titanium baffles and wow looks brand new and zero scrubbing just soaked for 15-20 min and wiped off !

This is why I went with titanium 300 rounds yesterday did a 20 min soak in CLR and rinsed off with hot water and like brand new !

If you can't find it on the suppressor host's website call them and ask. Don't what it will do to the outer shell but best to be sure. Can probably wipe it down with CLR but maybe not soak it.

After having a can blow up in my face after cleaning the way the manufacturer recommended I just stopped cleaning them! We will see how that works out for me....

Same as to refurb an old barrel.. Plug the end.. stand it up on end. and fill with wipe out. Let stand (soak).. Drain.. Rinse with water and then to the Ultrasonic cleaner for 15 - 30m. Careful which additive you put in the Ultrasonic fluid as you can ruin the finish with a strong chemical and long runtime on the US.

Was shooting coyotes on a golf course and had a squib load, watched it hit the green about 4 feet low. The can started screaming like a piccolo pete and blew up. It was on a 22 mag.

Put it in a sauce pan filled with white vinegar to cover the can and heat on the bar-b-que to a simmer for 1/2 hour then let cool (if you heat it in the house the wife will leave you).

I clean my hot water tank titanium elements in white vinegar, and it works great.

I love my new titanium toy, actually it's only the tube made from that alloy, the rest is just poor man's stainless.
