    There are a bunch of 07 FFL's in Oregon. I have an 07 FFL and when I had my interview I was told that there are 200 of them. Not sure if that is right but there are a bunch. The question is what constitutes making a gun in Oregon. For example, would you have to fabricate the parts yourself, or would assembling from parts be considered making a gun as it is now by ATF?

    I like other bill proposed by Thatcher, doing away with the state background check and using the federal check instead. I don't like paying the state to be a middle man.
