    I kinda wish they would give more details on the "stick." I mean was it a twig or a 2x4? If he sustained a head injury, I would think it was larger than a stick. Glad to see this guy was prepared and hopefully the outcome will be good.

    Exactly, but your average sheep is gonna look at this and say "he shot the poor guy when all he had was a little piece of wood"

    6 felony and 27 misdemeaner prior convictions! Something doesn't ring true with this story. Or wait! Maybe, it's just our fine justice system once again.

    sounds about right to me just let the criminals out and arm the citizens sooner or later the odds catch up.
