  • Remington Nylon 66 with Simmons 22 MAG 3-9X32 Rimfire Rifle Scope
  • Ithaca X5 Lightning with Simmons .22 MAG 3-9x32mm Adjustable Objective Rimfire Riflescope
  • Marlin Model 60 with Simmons .22 MAG 3-9x32mm Adjustable Objective Rimfire Riflescope

Very nice collection of 22's !!! I think the Simmons 22MAG scopes are some of the best values around for basic rimfire needs, especially the model with adjustable objective. With an MSRP of $62 they will get the job done nicely.

I had somebody at the range tell me "you know there are other rifles besides Rimfire ones."

I have shown it before but since you asked. Here is a plain little thing I built one winter.

Savage MKII FVT with a highly modified Boyds Tacticool Stock all fittings made by me. Mueller 4.5-14X 50mm mil dot scope. And Williams Target peeps.

Ruger receiver, KIDD internals, Victor Titan stock, Nikon P-rimfire 2-7x32. I always had a soft spot for the Clark Customs deep fluted barrels, so recently I splurged. I'm kicking myself for not getting the optional threading...

Two vudoos in one thread! We have some cool bubblegum people here! I'm in love with the gun, not the price however.

My plinker. Aka Ruger American Rimfire. Sportsmansoutdoorsuperstore exclusive 16" barrel threaded version.

The "ting" of the striker is louder than anything else, gun.

F2DBC4AF-4E31-4B50-830E-FCA775AA54B0.jpeg Sears/Savage single shot in 22lr with the cheapest scope money can buy. Got the rifle for free because it didn't work, put on a new extractor that cost .39 cents, sanded the white and red paint off the stock and rubbed it down with BLO. It's a very useful little rifle and will probably never leave my modest collection as it gets more real time use than anything else, plus it's backyard quiet with CCI quiet ammo.

Figured I ought to have one functional 10/22. Original old school walnut carbine stock, anodized receiver from the late 90's, pre-warning barrel, aluminum buttplate.
The stock was trimmed down to fit the buttplate and the back of the receiver. Rather than a high gloss finish, I decided to go with several coats of BLO and a coat of gunny paste for a bit of extra protection.
Still need to set the front sight back, thread the barrel, make a thread protector, and probably put on better sights.
