Tikka T3 CTR 308
Replaced plastic shroud with metal.
Replaced aluminum recoil lug with steel.
Added SilencerCo ASR brake
Vortex Razor Gen 2 4.5-27 in Vortex rings
SilencerCo Omega

Had to have a gunsmith fix the base metal where the mag seats.Smith extended out the mag release. It was wanting to loosen up the mag after firing. Read some Tikka forums and this is a common issue.

Rifle really likes Varget or RL-15 and 168 grain A-max or SMK. The software for measuring groups is called OnTarget and there is a free version.

How did it shoot before you replaced the recoil lug?

Remington 700 classic 24" in 7mm rem mag with Timney trigger and Leupold VX3 3.5-10x40.

Just finished putting it together and will be using as my elk rifle next season.

This is going to be my long range rifle... Gonna do some work on it, but atm I'm in the "mock up" phase to see what I ultimately want the set up to be. Thinking of replacing the Leupold VX-1 with a 4x and German post reticle.

the red rifle is a BAT model M in 6 Dasher, Krieger barrel, that is shown with 3 10 shot groups that average right at 2" shot at 600 yards during one of our local shoots. The maple stock gun is a BAT model B in 6.5 Creedmoor, Shilen barrel with a 100 yard 5 shot group.

Better pictures of the BAT B. This is one of Richard Franklin's stocks, a number 10 model Varmint. I love the way it fits, palm swell, Anschuts type forend and all.

Long range where I usually hunt is 100-200 yards...
While I do most of hunting with my .54 Hawken copy....I do have friends that only hunt with modern rifles...so here is my new to me "long range rifle"*
A JC Higgins model 50 rifle in .30-06 with a Leupold "Rifeman" 3x9 scope.

* I have taken deer close to 100 yards with my Hawken...so I feel that I could use it out to 100 yards...I have also hit gongs / other targets at 200 yards...but I do not practice enough at that range to hunt at that range...with my Hawken.
With this rifle and practice I figure 200 yards should be my limit , where I hunt.
