Right, but in the Measure itself; Section 11, (d) defines large capacity magazines (including belts and couplers) and says does not include (A), ( B), (C).

(A) An ammunition feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it is not capable, now or in the future, of
accepting more than 10 rounds of ammunition;
(B) An attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with 0.22 caliber rimfire ammunition; or
(C) A tubular ammunition feeding device that is contained in a lever-action firearm.

We should keep an eye on those protection details and report any suspected violations. Several times a day, as a matter of fact. Hell I'd love to see someone at a press conference ask the politician to show us that their detail is in compliance.
