Oregon Selling guns to out of state with measure 114

I'm curious, if all gun sales are to stop on Dec. 8 can I still sell a gun to someone out of state? For example if I list a gun on Gun Broker/NW firearms and someone buys it but they're from another state like Montana…I'm in the clear right? Because technically the gun is shipped to there local FFL and processed by there laws not Oregon laws.

Would this also apply to Washington? And would this also apply to magazines over 10+ rounds?

PS. I choose Oregon as the prefix, if I need to change it let me know!

M114 only covers buying not selling. The FFL you are sending it to is covered by that state's laws, not those of Oregon.
